Terms & Conditions


Payment of deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

  1. Only guests registered at Cronulla Beach House B & B are allowed access to our property unless prior permission given.
  2. We have a “No Party” policy and discourage excessive consumption of alcohol on our premises.
  3. In order for all our guests to enjoy their stay failure to comply with House Rules may lead to those persons being asked to leave.
  4. If cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded, less $50 administration fee. If your booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will only be refunded if we are able to re-let the accommodation for the full period of the booking cancelled.
  5. Check-in time is after 2 pm
  6. Check-out time is 10 am.
  7. Maximum 2 adults to a room.
  8. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate Pets.
  9. Our premises is a non smoking area.
  10. Departure – the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Damage, Breakage’s, Theft and Loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay.
  11. Loss – the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
  12. The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
